Some 15,000 people from a 4-week-old infant in her mother’s arms to 104-year-old Dr. B. Joffre, walked 15 miles across Montreal today for a “March for Jerusalem.” This is the sixth year for the march held by the local Jewish community. Some $250,000 was raised by sponsors of the participants which will be used for children in Israel.
