With half the campaign over, the Y. M. and Y. W. H. A. drive for $25,000 has soared over the halfway mark and is nearing $15,000. The drive, instituted last Monday, will reach its goal, general chairman Herman Geller said.
A report meeting will be held tomorrow night, although none was scheduled. During the following week report meetings will be held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights. The drive will end Wednesday.
Jersey papers have printed stories; theatres in the city have run announcements; a large streamer sign has been stretched across the street in front of the “Y”; an advertising company has donated the use of an advertising board in the center of the city, all to aid the drive.
