$1,500,000 of German Reparations Go to Build Haifa Drydock

German reparations goods worth $1,500,000 will be allocated on a top priority basis to the construction of the Haifa drydock, Minister of Communications Joseph Saphir told the Israel Parliament last night. The German reparations pact is expected to take effect this week after the exchange of ratification instruments through the United Nations Secretary General.
