Memorial services were held here today to mark the 150th anniversary of the death of Meyer Amschel Rothschild founder of the celebrated Jewish banking dynasty. The mayor and members of the city’s municipality paid tribute to the outstanding Frankfurt citizen at the Rothschild tomb here. Jewish religious and communal leaders also took part in the ceremonies.
