Seventeen more Soviet Jews arrived at Kennedy Airport today to be reunited with relatives, United Hias Service reported. Eleven of them entered under the parole authority of the US Attorney General; they included five members of the Berkovitch family, three members of the Spiegel family, two members of the Vizel family and one member of the Herskovic family. The Berkovitch, Vizel and Herskovic families were reunited with relatives of Youngstown, Ohio, who came here today to welcome them. The Spiegel and Gross families will stay with relations in the Greater New York area. The home cities of the new arrivals were not available.
