Eighteen persons were arrested today and at least seven policemen were injured in clashes between Mosleyites who paraded through the Jewish-populated East End .of London und anti-fascists who attempted to disrupt the parade.
The worst clash occurred outside of Tottenham Town Hall where some 2,000 persons gathered to halt the fascists from holding a public meeting. Hundreds of police, mounted and on foot, finally succeeded in cordoning off the fascists and dispersing all other demonstrators.
