An 18-year-old Tel Aviv girl, Ilana Najar, died yesterday of injuries received during the Jordanian bombardment Sunday of Kfar Ruppin, a Beisan Valley settlement where the girl was working at the time. She was one of three civilians injured when the Jordanians fired 50 shells at the settlement within five minutes.
Six young saboteurs from the Gaza Strip have been sentenced to prison terms of from three to 15 years on charges of membership in a sabotage organization and possession of firearms and explosives. Some of the accused were high school students aged 17 and 18. They drew the shorter prison terms.
