More than 18,000 persons filled Madison Square Garden tonight for the Chanukah Festival for Israel presented under the auspices of the New York Committee for State of Israel Bonds. The Festival brings to a climax the 1964 campaign in the New York metropolitan area to raise $18,000,000 in Israel bond sales for the economic development of Israel.
