The finance council of the National Jewish Welfare Board will discuss the program and budget of the J.W.B. in 1950 at a two-day meeting opening here Saturday evening, it was announced today by Robert S. Adler, of Chicago, chairman of the council. The 1949 budget of the J.W.B. was $1,491,955.
