The Jerusalem Military Court today acquitted Rachel Kuka, II, and Eliahu Michaeli, 18, of charges of complicity in the July 8 bombing at Jaffa Gate in which four Arabs were killed and 18 others were wounded. The verdict was rendered by the three soldier-judges without even hearing defence witnesses.
