2 Israeli Seamen Remain in Critical Condition; 2 Released from Hospital

Two of the nine Israeli merchant seamen who were injured yesterday when the minibus they were in collided with a gasoline delivery truck were reported today still in critical condition at St. Vincent’s Hospital. They are Alexander Alon and Shabtai Goldschmidt. The hospital said two others, Dedri Kubi and Zion Turgi, were released and the other five are in fair condition. A 10th seaman, Mordechai Aderi, was killed in the accident. The seamen are all members of the crew of the Zim’s container ship Zim Genoa. Police said charges are still pending against the drivers of the two vehicles.
