Two Jewish refugee scholars have been added to the faculty of Howard University, Negro institution, it was announced here today. They are Dr. Ernest L. Abrahamson of Prague University, who teaches Latin and the Romance languages, and Dr. Siegfried Berliner of the University of Goettingen, who is an instructor in commercial subjects.
