Wanda Boutagy, a 20-year-old Israeli from Haifa, will attempt to swim the English Channel this month in the London Daily Mail’s International Cross Channel Race, Miss Bougaty, who is a long-distance swimmer by training, is now in London preparing for the race. First prize in the contest is $2,800.
