Two thousand Jews last night attended an election meeting sponsored by the pro-Peronist Organization Israelita Argentina.
Senator Alberto Teisaire and Deputy J. Gareguso reiterated President Juan Peron’s pledge to punish racial persecution as treason. A petition circulated by the pro-Peronist organization asking that Argentina recognize Israel was signed by several hundred persons.
