A total of 202 Jewish displaced persons arrived here yesterday among a group of 549 DP immigrants admitted to this country under the Displaced Persons Act of 1948. The immigrants’ journey aboard the Marine Flasher was marked by high seas and stormy weather.
Another vessel, the Marine Marlin, is due to arrive here from Bremerhaven late tomorrow or Friday with a group of 191 Jewish DP immigrants.
