A party of 207 Hungarian Jewish men, women and children left here by train for Genoa last night on the first leg of their journey to Israel. They are part of the group of 3,000 whom the Hungarian Government last year agreed to permit to emigrate. So far about 2,400 of the 3,000 have gone.
