A total of 21,265 displaced Jews left Germany for the United States under the current DP law up to December 15, 1949, it was reported here today on the basis of data compiled by the Joint Distribution Committee office in Frankfurt. There are still more than 35,000 displaced Jews living today in Western Germany, according to a census taken by the International Refugee Organization.
