Two-hundred and twenty liberated Palestinian prisoners of war arrived here today. They were greeted by representatives of Jewish institutions, military authorities and a Red Cross delegation.
Among the prisoners’ relatives who came to meet them was a youngster of five who had never seen his father. His first words, after an initial embrace, were: “Pa, did you kill Hitler?”
