Twenty-five constituent organizations will take part in the annual reception and Purim Festival to be given by the Council of Young Israel, at the Hotel St. George, Brooklyn, this Sunday evening. Proceeds will go to the Perpetuation Fund of the Young Israel for the expansion of its educational and social service program.
