The Hebrew Teachers College will award degrees and diplomas to 25 students at its 36th annual graduation exercises on Sunday.
A record number of 82 students, the largest graduating class in the history of the College’s Hebrew High School, were awarded diplomas by Dr. Eisig Silberschlag, Dean of the college. Eli A. Cohen, vice-president of HTC, presided over the graduation ceremonies and Dr. Israel Gold, assistant professor of Bible at HTC, delivered the invocation. Reuben L. Lurie, Associate Justice of the Superior Court of Massachusetts, delivered the commencement address.
