29 Reds Exiled for Urging Mutiny of British Troops

Twenty-nine Communists, arrested in connection with distribution of literature urging troops to mutiny, were released today from jails in Jerusalem and Bethlehem and exiled to Hedera and Rehoboth where they will be kept under protective custody in their homes. Others will be exiled tomorrow to Tel Aviv and Petach Tikvah.

Two Jewish Communists were arrested in Jerusalem and literature they had on their persons confiscated.

Pamphlets signed by the Central Committee of the Palestine Communist Party urging revolt were distributed yesterday among British troops.
