Three Arab youths remained in custody today in connection with the fire-bombing yesterday of a bus in East Jerusalem. The youths, aged 16, 18 and 29, were held after 17 other Arab suspects were released. The bomb, a “Molotov cocktail,” thrown at the bus from the Old City walls near the Rockefeller Museum, started a fire, but was extinguished by the bus driver, Meir Mizrachi and another driver, Shlomo Levi. None of the six passengers on the bus was hurt. Police said the attack was the first act of sabotage in East Jerusalem in recent months and the first time a “Molotov cocktail” was used.
