Three Revisionist (right-wing Zionist) laborers were wounded, one of the seriously, in a clash today with members of the Histadruth, Palestine General Jewish Labor Federation.

The clash was precipitated when the Histadruth members would not permit organization of a picket line by their rivals in front of the new medical center buildings being erected on Mt. Scopus, site of the Hebrew University. The Revisionists reportedly were seeking a “fair share” of the jobs on the project, one of the most ambitious in the history of modern Palestine, and which American Jews are largely financing.

The Revisionist laborers proceeded to the headquarters of the Hadassah Medical Organization, joint sponsors of the project, and smashed windows in the building. Dr. Chaim Yassky, director, refused to negotiate with the Revisionists, police finally dispersing them.
