Charles Jordan, the Director-General of the Joint Distribution Committee now visiting here said today that since 1945 about 30, 000 displaced Jews have been settled in Australia.
Mr. Jordan conferred with those members of the Jewish community responsible for immigrant social services and also visited the homes and schools established primarily for victims of the Nazi holocaust.
