A campaign to raise $3, 000, 000 for expansion of Boys Town Jerusalem was announced here today by Ira Guilden, head of the American Committee for Boys Town Jerusalem.
Boys Town Jerusalem provides academic and vocational training, and spiritual guidance, to 350 students from Jewish immigrant families that have come to Israel from 25 countries; About half of the students are orphans. The new fund will help finance a building program for the school on land recently acquired in Jerusalem, permitting the expansion of the school to accommodate 1, 000 boys.
