$3,000,000 Trade Agreement Signed by Argentina and Israel

Israel and Argentina signed a new trade agreement here calling for a three million dollar exchange of goods. The agreement was signed by Israel Ambassador Arieh Kubovy and ###ntine Foreign Minister Dr. Jeronimo Remorino, in the presence at the Israel. Finance Minister Levi Eshkol and four Argentine economic advisors. Under the ### of the new accord, Israel will make all payments on goods; under the former Israel-Argentine trade pact, she paid 7### percent of her bill ###ard cash.Mr. Eshkol, who left for Uruguay conferred here with Argentine Zionist leaders prior to his departure and expressed his hope that 50,000 Latin American Jewish families would migrate to Israel within the next decade. He attended a reception tendered by the General Zionists to Rabbi living M### and James G. Macdonald who ### here from the United State to participate in various functions for Israel causes.
