Thirty-one young people, the first part of a group of 65 who have been in Israel since September with the Youth Workshop in Israel, a project of Habonim Labor Zionist Youth, will return tomorrow by El Al airlines to New York.
The 31 American and Canadian youths studied and worked in Israel collective settlements for the last nine months. As part of the program, they also toured the country, spending time to study the development of the Jewish State. Many of the “work shoppers” indicated that they are planning to settle in Israel in a few years, after completing their studies in this country.
