A Polish Red Cross train left here today for France carrying 350 orphaned Jewish children who are bound for eventual resettlement in Palestine.
The children, most of whom were sheltered in the homes of non-Jewish Poles during the Nazi occupation, were selected by representatives of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, which also arranged their departure.
