Witnesses numbering 368, including 80 Jews, were sworn in today to testify at the trial of 42 Gentiles and 14 Jews on murder and other charges growing out of the disorders in the town of Przytyk on March 9 in which two Jews and a Christian were killed and scores of Jews injured.
Among those given the oath was the six-year-old orphaned child of Joseph Minkowski and his wife, the two Jews killed in the disturbances.
All the defendants have pleaded not guilty.
