The District Court has sentenced four anti-Semitic Polish Endeks, including a woman, to prison terms ranging from three months to six years for participation in anti-Jewish excesses last Oct. 31. Others will be tried shortly.

It was recalled that former Interior Minister Kazys Skucas administratively fined a Jewish journalist 1,000 lits, with the alternative of 50 days in jail, for “defamation” of the police by accusing them of remissness during the excesses.
