For allegedly participating in subversive activities, four Jewish literary men were today interned in the Government concentration camp at Kartuz-Bereza. The Jewish Literary Union intervened on behalf of one of them, Mark Rakowski, asking that he be released because he is ill. Another of the interned writers is Leon Pasternak, a well-known poet.
