Five hundred needy children residing in Rumania, including 400 Jews and 100 non-Jews, will spend from three to six months convalescing in Denmark, where they will be the guests of the Copenhagen Jewish community.
A total of 76 immigrants sailed this week from the Black Sea port Constanza for Palestine aboard the liner Transylvania. The Jews, who include 55 from Rumania and 21 from Hungary, all possessed immigration certificates.
