A group of 400 Jewish children who had been living with non-Jewish families during the war and who have been recovered by Jewish agencies arrived here today under the auspices of the Joint Distribution Committee.
The orphaha are temporarily housed at the Hloubetin camp pending their transfer to children’s homes in Paris or in Palestine. Further transports of orphans are expected to arrive shortly.
Among the orphans, is Rise Adler whose parents were sent to the Trablinva ## camp two weeks after her birth. Before they were seized her parents managed to gend her to a Christian family with a note asking that ## he handed over to the J.D.C. after the war.
