4,000 Jewish refugees have been granted the privilege of remaining in Roumanis, as the result of an arrangement concluded between the Roumanian Government and Mr. Lucien Wolf, the representative of the Joint Foreign Committee and the Jewish Colonization Association, according to a statement made today by Mr. Wolf to press representatives.
The Jewish Colonization Association has guaranteed that it will see to it that these refugees are transported either to Russia, or to some country of emigration.
