Forty-five Arabs suspected of belonging to seven terrorist cells were detained by Israeli security forces in recent weeks, it was reported today. The cells, in Nablus, Ramallah and the Maale Edumin areas in the West Bank, were of the Fatah, the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine and Saika. Various quantities of arms, a stenciling machine and leaflets were found in the cells.
