Salomon Grumbach, French-Jewish Socialist leader, who was for many years a member of the French Parliament and at one time served as chairman of its Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, died here yesterday at the age of 68, after an operation. He was very active in Jewish affairs.
Between the two World Wars he represented France at the League of Nations and in a number of international conferences at London, Locarno; San Remo, Genoa and Geneva. After World War II he served as a delegate to the United Nations.
