Complete plans for the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the Hebrew University in Palestine, which will be observed throughout the world today, were announced yesterday by Dr. A. S. W. Rosenbach, president of the American Friends of the Hebrew University.
The feature of the celebration will be an international broadcast from Jerusalem, where Dr. Judah L. Magnes, chancellor of the university, will speak, and from London, where Sir Herbert Samuel and James de Rothschild will make addresses.

The broadcast will be transmitted through short-wave radio over the blue network of the National Broadcasting Company from 9:30 to 10:30 o’clock tonight to dinners in more than fifty cities throughout the country, from Winnipeg,
