At the last meeting of the Board of Higher Education degrees were conferred upon 538 graduates of the College of the City of New York who completed their work in February according to an announcement by Morton Gottschall, dean of the School of Liberal Arts and Science. The degrees were conferred by the School of Liberal Arts and Science, technology, business and civic administration, and education.
