The American Jewish Congress today reported that it has received information from Europe confirming the news that new mass-executions, at an accelerated tempo, are taking place in Nazi-held Poland. One report, dated January 19, asserts that “in one place in Poland 6,000 Jews are killed daily,” the Congress announcement said.

“By the end of March no Jews will be left either in Prague or in Berlin,” the information received by the Congress states. It reveals that twenty-one members of the German Jewish Representation have “disappeared” from Berlin and that representatives of the Berlin Jewish Community are being held as hostages.
