This all-Jewish city is still harboring 6,000 Jewish refugees of the recent disorders who cannot be returned to their former homes in Jaffa, Mayor Meier Dizengoff today told a public meeting, called to open a campaign for $125,000 to be used in housing and feeding the refugees. At the height of the disturbances, 10,000 refugees were quartered in Tel Aviv.
