A total of 679 Polish Jews from Soviet Lithuania have reached Turkey on their way to Palestine, according to a cable received here today by the Palestine Emergency Committee from the representative of the Jewish Agency in Istanbul. More groups are reported to be on their way from Soviet territory to Turkey, where arrangements are being made for them to proceed to Palestine. They are all holders of Palestine immigration certificates.
