Seven thousand Polish Jews expelled by the Nazis from the Suwalki district have been living in a field in the “no-man’s-land” on the Lithuanian frontier under heavy rains, some of them as long as 15 days, it was learned here today.
The Jews come fron Punsk, Vizainy, Krasnopol, Smoliany, Gibi, Rudki, Szlipkiszki, Seini and other towns.
