Twenty-day landing permits have been granted by the Argentine Government to 78 Jewish refugees on the German liner Monte Olivia, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency was informed today by the HIAS, immigrant aid society, on the basis of cabled inform ation received from the Paris office of the HIAS-ICA Emigration Association. The refugees, who had originally been refused permission to land when the Paraguayan Government indicated they would refuse to admit them, are now expected to be admitted to Paraguay.
