Eight German refugees, seven of them Jewish, who were taken off the Italian liner Saturnia by a French submarine last month and were held for 11 days on the submarine, arrived here today on the Italian liner Vulcania. They were put ashore from the submarine at Casablanca, French Morocco, questioned and then sent to Gibraltar on a French destroyer to be put on the Vulcania.
