Eighty neighboring Arab fellaheen today came to the Kfar Saba Jewish colonist Druyan and asked that they be registered in the “Jewish Association.” They told Druyan that they wanted work and said that some Arabs and Jews in the town had given them leaflets urging them and the workers to unite against the Jewish and Arab effendis.
They declared they were promised work if they joined the “Jewish Association,” which would permit them to earn four or five shillings a day and obtain free medical treatment. Druyan explained their mistake to them and they then returned home.
