Deportation to the Lublin “reservation” in Nazi Poland faces 8,000 Austrian and Czech Jews concentrated in Bratislava, Slovakia, it was revealed today by Rudolf Storfer, prominent former banker in Vienna, upon his arrival here. Only transit visas enabling them to emigrate overseas can save the Jews from their threatened fate, Storfer said. Storfer is here to investigate the possibilities of transporting Jewish emigrants via Rumania.
