84 Jews Injured by Band of Hooligans in Street Attack in Warsaw Suburb

Eighty-four Jews received injuries in a series of excesses which took place on Sunday in the municipal park and in the neighboring streets at Praga, a suburb of Warsaw.

Bands of hooligans attacked Jewish passersby, inflicting injuries on them The police took immediate, energetic measures to end the riot. Thirty of the assailants were arrested. An investigation was instituted and it was declared later that the riots had no political character, the attackers seeking to rob their victims.
