A 14-year-old Palestinian boy was pronounced clinically dead after he was shot in the head during fighting near Rachel’s Tomb in Bethlehem, according to local hospital officials. Fighting was also reported in Nablus and Hebron in the West Bank, and in the Gaza Strip town of Rafah near the Egyptian border.
