A 45-year-old Israeli woman from northern Israel received a kidney from a 19- year-old Palestinian man who died in an accident, according to news reports. The family of Suhaib Rifa’i had donated all of his organs, but only his kidneys and corneas were deemed suitable for transplant. The woman had waited six years for a transplant.
