A 79-year-old Jewish woman from Oregon is getting an oil painting that the Nazis looted from her father. The Denver Art Museum agreed to return the painting to Marianne Rossin after learing it was stolen. “The Letter,” by 17th century Dutch painter Gerard Terborch, is worth at least $50,000.
